Our Story

Sarah spent years helping students and faculty across Western North Carolina's colleges and universities navigate technology. When the pandemic moved everything online, she saw a growing need closer to home — people in the Swannanoa Valley who needed a patient, knowledgeable neighbor by their side. With Luke's background in teaching, technology, and training, starting a family business was a natural fit. In 2023, they launched Conover Technology Consulting and have been proud to help hundreds of neighbors since.

Our Mission

Our goal is simple — help our neighbors feel in control of the technology they use every day. We offer practical guidance, hands-on lessons, and personalized solutions in a patient, supportive environment.

How We Can Help:

We come to you. All of our services are performed in your home, on your schedule. We proudly serve the greater Swannanoa Valley and surrounding areas. Travel up to 15 minutes from Black Mountain is always on us. Beyond that, a $20 fee applies — plus an additional $20 for each 30 minutes after that.
